clubsiblu loyalty scheme ts and cs
1. The new clubsiblu is open to all siblu holidays’ customers who have stayed on one or more occasions no matter the length of your previous holidays.
2. Benefits are only applicable on new bookings of 6 nights duration or more.
3. The level of benefits is based on the number of holidays over successive years you have taken a holiday with us. Previous holidays must have been 6 nights or more to build up to increasing levels of loyalty benefit. If previous holidays were less than 6 nights, but their new holiday will be more than 6 nights, the customer will be entitled to the benefit ‘siblu 2’. None of the benefits, apart from benefit ‘siblu 6’, can be exchanged for any financial value.
4. The clubsiblu member and his/her spouse are eligible for the Clubsiblu benefits, they are not transferable to other family members.
5. There are 5 levels of benefits, as outlined above.
6. In the event that you skip a year between holidays, the benefit level remains the same. A gap of over one year however will mean that you will go down to year 1 benefits.
7. All benefits are exclusive to our 14 siblu parcs that we own (therefore excluding siblu selection parcs). However, holidays at siblu selection parcs in the past will count towards the benefits you can receive on a siblu owned parc (i.e. if you have holidays twice before on a siblu selection parc you will receive the ‘siblu 3’ advantages).
8. Clubsiblu benefits are not applicable on speical promotion bookings, to Travel Club members or to guests taking their own Touring accommodation.
