siblu is implementing a programme of environmental improvements at our parcs to ensure that energy use is kept to the minimum.

We want you to have the opportunity to offset your Carbon Footprint following your holiday to France, Spain or Italy.

siblu and co2balance have established a programme of aforestation and restoration of degraded agricultural land.  A native, broadleafed tree planted in northern Europe will typically absorb 900kg of CO2 by the time it reaches maturity. A family driving to France will use about the same level of carbon.

We give all customers the chance to add a £10 carbon offset levy to their total holiday cost, to pay for the planting and managing of one tree for life, to absorb an equivalent amount of CO2.

The first area to be planted will be located near Chateauneuf-du-Faou, north of Quimper, near our Domaine de Kerlann parc in Brittany.
