Where the company name Siblu Europe is used in the following document, this also applies to the trading name - siblu.

We use the information submitted on this site to handle booking requests, deliver products and services (i.e. brochures), communicate with you about bookings, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your details.

Brochure requests, contact us and provisional booking requests

The information you supply on the Brochure Request, Registration Form, Contact Us and Provisional Booking Request pages on this website is primarily used to enable us to send you a copy of the requested brochure, answer your query or to process your provisional booking.

In order to process your brochure request, registration form, query or provisional booking we will need to record your personal details. This information may be shared with external companies who carry out work on our behalf.

The phone number is collected to enable us to contact you to answer your query, or in the future for research or marketing purposes. This is not a compulsory field.

In addition we may wish to contact you via mail or telephone to bring you news and information on Siblu Europe/siblu or other products brought to you by Siblu Europe/siblu. If you  wish to receive information from siblu  you can opt-in to receiving email news, offers and information on the Brochure Request and Email Newsletter page or Taster visit.

The email address may be used by Siblu Europe/siblu for marketing purposes if you have checked the box stating that you wish to receive emailed news and information from Siblu Europe/siblu.

What if you think we have incorrect information or you would like a copy of the information we hold about you?
