(1)The offer Happy Summer is subject to conditions and is valid for the purchase of a mobile home from Siblu France SAS at a participating siblu holiday village: Domaine de Litteau, Domaine de Kerlann, Le Bois Dormant, Le Bois Masson, Domaine de Soulac, Les Dunes de Contis, Domaine de Dugny, Les Charmettes, and Les Sables du Midi. The offer is valid for a new client (herein referred to as “the beneficiary”). To be eligible for the offer Summer Time, the purchase order must be signed between the 01/08/2017 and the 03/09/2017 and the mobile home must be installed on one of the villages participating with the offer. The present offer is not retroactive. Any purchase order cancelled and re-written is excluded. The required minimum deposit banked at the time of making the order corresponding to (€3000 for a brand new model, €2000 for a previously owned model and €1000 in the case of a part-exchange). The deposit must be paid by the Beneficiary at the time of signature of the purchase order and the total amount of the purchase, including VAT, must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks after the purchase order has been signed.
To benefit from the offer Happy Summer, the Beneficiary agrees to enter the holiday home into a Siblu letting plan for a maximum duration of 5 years, except if the holiday home exceeds the 7 year maximum age limit (as fixed by siblu subletting programmes). The beneficiary will not receive any subletting revenue for this subletting contract, instead by agreeing to this subletting offer with Siblu, the beneficiary will benefit from the promotional annual site fees rate Happy Summer for their Siblu annual pitch rental contract for a maximum duration of five (5) years. The promotional site fees rate is fixed in the preceding year, hence the promotional rate fixed in 2017 for the annual rent due in 2017 2018 is €1299 or €1999. Future increases will not exceed the normal increase for all annual pitch rental contracts on the village. The client will not be able to benefit from any further reduction in site fees, including the discount for paying in advance in one lump sum. In the case of a part-exchange the client will see this promotional rate applied from 2018. The annual rent for 2018 is €1299 at Domaine de Litteau, Domaine de Kerlann, Le Bois Dormant, Le Bois Masson, Domaine de Soulac, Les Dunes de Contis, and Domaine de Dugny; €1799 at Les Charmettes and Les Sables du Midi. The annual subletting agreement must be signed each year before the 30th November for the following year by the beneficiary in order for the promotion to be renewed. If the beneficiary wants to « buy back » specific weeks of the guaranteed subletting agreement, this needs to be done before the 15th of December of the year preceding the “buy back” year. The holiday home must correspond to the conditions in terms of age and equipment of the siblu subletting scheme. The Happy Summer offer can be renewed in the case of a part exchange purchase, providing that the new mobile home meets the subletting criteria at the time of purchase. The beneficiary understands all of these conditions for 2017. Each year the beneficiary can decide not to renew the subletting programme, in this case and in any case at the end of the validity of the offer 5 years from 2018 to 2022, for a new customer if the chosen emplacement is available, or 2018 to 2022 for an existing client part exchange. The beneficiary is aware that the annual pitch rental rate will be calculated using the base rate from the year of purchase 2017 and taking into account any annual rent increases since. This offer can be associated with all other offers available on the village, applies to all pitches at the validated rate and is applicable for all holiday homes that respect the conditions of Siblu subletting schemes. Siblu reserve the right to modify, suspend or remove the present offer at any time & without warning. If any of the above conditions are not respected then the offer will be considered null & void.
(2) Siblu can provide free accommodation for 1 night for up to six people, for the purpose of a taster visit of a Siblu holiday home and an appointment with a Siblu holiday home adviser. A second night can be added at a preferential accommodation rate. The cost of the 2nd night will be reimbursed in the case of a holiday home purchase. Travel and other expenses are not included, however if you do decide to purchase a holiday home during your taster visit, Siblu will refund up to €250 of your travel expenses. One free visit per household per year. This offer cannot be combined with a holiday booking. Only applicable to residents outside of France. Subject to availability and taster visits must be booked in advance.
