Cooking course: Le Bois Masson has launched siblu’s first on-parc cooking course. Master-chef Frédo Daville, a student of Alain Roth at Le Ritz, will show you how to make seasonal, local specialities – and you get to eat your meal afterwards!

Course cost: Courses last for 2h30 and cost just €55 per person, which includes all ingredients and the chance to eat what you have made.

Course dates: Courses take place every Wednesday throughout July and August.

So, how to book:

Book your break at Le Bois Masson or Le Bois Dormant and then reserve your place by emailing destinationcooking@siblu.com or register with the reception team on parc. Be aware that numbers are limited to eight per lesson.

In a nutshell, what you need to know:

  • Cooking courses take place in a large, fully equipped mobile home at Le Bois Masson
  • Group sizes are limited to eight people
  • Fredo speaks French, however the recipes and steps are provided in English and Fredo's actions are very easy to follow. A glossary of terms is also provided
  • Courses take place on Wednesday evenings and cost 55 Euros per person
  • Seven nights accommodation at Le Bois Masson and Le Bois Dormant starts from £248 for a family stay
