Cooking Course: Jean-Yves Homo has a vision for his restaurant L'Atelier Gourmand, for customers to enjoy his food and then master his skills! Twice every month he opens up his fantastic kitchens to his public – what a great opportunity for Destination Cooks.

Course cost: Courses last for 3 hours and cost 95 Euros, which includes tuition, facilities, ingredients and the meal afterwards. Family and friends can pay 35 Euros for their meal only.

Course dates: Courses take place throughout July and August, with dates available on request.

So, how to book:

  • Tell us you are interested at  destinationcooking@siblu.com.
  • We will send you a booking form to complete, asking for details of your party and accommodation requirements.   
  • Send back your form and we will reserve your accommodation and contact you for payment of your deposit
  • We'll book your places on the cooking course. Payment is made on the day of the course to the organisers
  • Cooking course ts and cs are available on the booking form

In a nutshell, what you need to know:

  • Jean-Yves’ kitchens are in Thénac, about 40 miles from La Pignade and Les Charmettes.
  • Courses cost 95 Euros, which is payable to the organisers on the day of the course. If you have guests who don't want to take part in the tuition, they can be included in the meal aftwrwards at a cost of 35 Euros
  • All courses are exclusive to siblu customers.
  • Seven-nights accomodation at La Pignade or Les Charmettes starts from £248 for a family stay
