Siblu has joined up with Frédérique Dupuis to offer a range of fantastic cooking courses to Destination Cooks in Tours, just 30 miles from Domaine de Dugny, for adults or parents with children — what a fantastic way to get your kids involved in French and in cooking!

Frédérique spent 10 years working in finance before deciding to devote herself to her first love — cooking.

She has developed courses that making cooking easy, cheerful and clever. Frédérique introduces new ideas and skills in a passionate, fun way, always using seasonal produce that makes Loire Valley such a fantastic location for Destination Cooks.


  • Adult courses start from as little at 19€ and last from 2h to 2h30. 
    Parent and child workshops focus on healthy snacks that children can create accompanied by a parent or grand parent. Courses last for just 2 hours and cost 15€ for the pair. Extra children can be included at 5€ per child.
