How to make the Far Breton, a delicious, traditional pudding

Ingredients:
(for 6 people):
- 250g of fine flour
- 150g of sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 litre of milk
- 100g of stoned prunes (soak in water with a little rum overnight)
- 1 small rum glass
Preparation:
1. Whisk the flour, sugar and eggs one by one.
2. Add the vanilla sugar and milk little by little.
3. Pour in a small amount of rum.
4. Pour your batter mix into a well buttered dish or cake tin and refrigerate for one hour.
5. Place on the rum-soaked prunes and cook in a hot over (200°C) for 50mins (your Far is cooked when a knife inserted into the middle come out clean).
