What does the price of the holiday include?
The holiday price includes your accommodation, entry to our children’s clubs, the use of the pools and access to our sports pitches, and a full programme of entertainment. Full facilities are provided throughout the entire holiday season.
Can I manage my booking online?
You can do the following on our website mysibluholiday.com:
- Plan your route
- Find out more about the region
- Read useful information to plan your holiday
- Make payments towards your balance online
- Add extras such as towels, linen and travel insurance
- Make changes to your travel dates, party details or accommodation
When will I receive my tickets ?
We do not issue tickets or send out an information pack. When you have made your booking we will send you an email confirming all of the details and giving you a reference number, which you will need when checking-in at your siblu village.
Information about your siblu village, the region you are travelling to, travel times and directions can all be found on our post-booking website, www.mysibluholiday.com.
The siblu website has crashed / why can’t I make a booking?
Occasionally you may experience a technical problem with our website. If you have any questions about your booking or if you are unsure whether your booking has been made, please call us on +44 (0) 871 911 8888 or +44 (0) 0371 911 8888. Calls cost 10p per minute from a BT landline.
When do I have to pay my balance / will you send me a reminder to pay my balance?
Your balance has to be paid no more than 6 weeks before you travel. The date your balance must be paid by appears on your confirmation email, and we will not send you a further reminder of this. If we don’t receive your payment by the date your holiday could be cancelled and you could lose your deposit.
Who should I contact if I have a problem with my booking?

What’s included in my mobile home?
On all of our siblu villages, pillows and duvets are provided FREE OF CHARGE in all types of accommodation. Bed linen and Towel Packs can be pre-booked online for all holidays at a siblu village. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, dining and garden furniture are provided but you will have to bring your own washing up equipment. We also suggest taking an alarm clock with you as we are unable to supply them and we do not provide an early morning wake-up call service.
Our mobile homes do not include TVs, DVDs or games consoles. Elegance and Excellence models include more appliances than Esprit models, for full details take a look at our ‘Accommodation’ pages.
What is the difference in price between units?
Prices between types of accommodation differ depending on the time of season you are travelling. Esprit are our smallest units of accommodation and our equipped with the fewest facilities, therefore they are our least expensive units. The Elegance model is bigger than the Esprit and has more facilities which is why it has a slightly higher price. Our Excellence mobile home is bigger than the Elegance range, which is why it is our highest price accommodation.

Can I stay next to my friends?
Yes, if you would like to stay next to your friends, you can you use our hand-pick your holiday home service so you and your family and friends can be next to each other. Find out more about our hand-pick service. Unfortunately, if you do not choose you use the hand-pick option we are unable to guarantee two mobile homes next to or close to each other.
We will make a note of all special requests and we will do what we can to meet them.
Do you have any accommodation suitable for people with a disability?

Can I bring my own tent and put it next to our mobile home?
No. Only Touring guests can bring and use their own tents on allocated touring pitches. Please click Touring, to find out which siblu villages offer touring pitches.
Can we have more than 6, 7 or 8 people staying in our mobile home?
No. For Health and Safety reasons, the total number of people staying in one unit must not be more than the maximum number indicated on the appropriate accommodation grid. This also applies to a baby which will sleep in a travel cot. Please see the accommodation pages for further full details on our accommodation features.
Is there heating in the accommodation if it gets chilly in the evenings?
Heaters or fires are available in the lounge of all our mobile homes, making them perfect for spring and late summer holidays.
Will the siblu teams speak English?
Yes, on siblu villages our reception and entertainments teams speak English and French
Which are the closest siblu villages to the beach?
Pierres Couchees, La Carabasse and Les Sables du Midi are all within walking distance of beaches. La Réserve has immediate access to a lakeside beach on the edge of Lac Biscarosse.
All of our other siblu villages are within a short drive to the nearest beach, with the exception of Domaine de Dugny which is an inland village.

Which parc is best for children?
All siblu villages are suitable for children. All have pools, sports facilities and children’s clubs. Take a look at the ‘Facilities’ tab for each siblu village to find out more about what is available.
Am I able to take my dog with me now that it has a pet passport?
Unfortunately we do not accept any pets in our accommodation or on our Touring holidays. Guide Dogs are welcome on our siblu villages in the specially adapted handicapped units.
What facilities are available on the siblu village?
You can find detailed information about the facilities on all siblu villages in the ‘Facilities’ section for each siblu village on our website.
Opening times of facilities?
We guarantee that all facilities are open during the holiday season, subject to weather or maintenance restrictions.
Are there laundry facilities if I need to do some washing during my holiday?
All siblu villages have laundrette facilities available for a small charge. Please refer to the individual village descriptions for detailed information on site facilities.
Do you offer child-minding facilities / Are the children's clubs child-minding facilities?
We do not have child-minding facilities at our siblu villages. Our children's clubs are entertainment facilities, not childcare facilities. Within the Pirate and Barracuda clubs responsibility for the children remains with the parents, therefore at least one parent or guardian must remain on the village whilst the club session is running, in case of emergency. However with Bubbles we do ask that parents stay with their children throughout the sessions.
Can I arrive on any day of the week?
During the period 13th July to 31st august, at most of our villages arrivals and departures are limited to saturdays only. The exceptions are Domaine de Kerlann and Domaine de Litteau, where you can arrive or leave on any day. Before and after these dates, you can arrive or leave on any day at all of our villages.
What time will my accommodation be ready for me?
Accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Siblu teams will be on hand to meet you at reception. If you are arriving after the reception has closed, your Welcome Pack will be available from the late arrivals box close to the main reception.
What time do we need to check out by?
Please vacate your accommodation by 10am on the day of your departure, in order for us to prepare for our next guests. Touring guests should vacate their pitch before 11am on the day of departure.
What will siblu send to me before departure?
All your holiday confirmations are now sent by email so all you will need are your holiday reference numbers for your travel options and your accommodation. At www.mysibluholiday.com you can use our route planner to plan your journey to the siblu village.
Will I need to leave a cleaning deposit when I arrive?
In order to maintain our high standards of accommodation, a £50 or 80€ cleaning deposit will be required on your arrival on parc. For security reasons a guaranteed UK cheque is preferred. This is fully refundable on verification that you holiday home has been left in a clean and tidy condition suitable for use by the next guests. If you are departing early in the morning, it may not be possible to return your cheque to you; in that case we will destroy your cheque.
Will I be able to get my car on to the village if I arrive late or if I want to leave early in the morning?
For security reasons many siblu villages close their barriers between the hours of 11pm and 7am. If this is the case, you will be asked to leave your car outside the village until the barrier re-opens. It is suggested that you contact the site to let them know if you are going to be arriving very late, and the same applies for those of you wishing to leave the village early in the morning.
If I arrive late at night or on a Sunday, will I be able to buy food and other necessities when I arrive?
Most siblu villages do have shops, but few will be open late in the evenings. Additionally, the shop at Domaine de Litteau is very small with limited stock. The stock in all siblu shops may be limited in the early and late season. Away from our parcs, shops and supermarkets in towns might be open for Sunday morning. Therefore, please ensure that you have sufficient essentials with you when you arrive to see you through until the shops are open. It is also possible to order in advance a late arrival food pack on our siblu villages.
Can my travel arrangements be changed at the last minute or once I am on the village?
Yes, but there will be an administration fee and any additional costs that are a result of these changes will also have to be paid at that time.
Is there any tourist tax to be paid locally on the village?
All local taxes are already included in the holiday price.
Where could I download the Registration Police form?
As a foreigner in France, you need to fill in the individual police form. To ensure the security of your entire family we need to know the identity of each member. In order to facilitate your check in, we recommend that you download and fill in the pdf of the individual police form.
What is the temperature going to be like?
Northern France has summers that are a little warmer than those found in southern Britain. On average there are between seven and eight hours of daily sunshine in midsummer.
Southwest France has summers that are significantly warmer and sunnier than in northern France. There can be wet days but the rain tends to be heavy and of short duration. Summers have more sunshine and longer spells of settled weather than farther north.
The Mediterranean Coast has summers that are hot, with a three-month period when rain rarely falls. When it does rain in this season it is heavy and often associated with thunder. Sunshine is abundant, as much as eleven to twelve hours a day in summer.
Are ferries included with my booking / can siblu book ferries for me?
We have recently changed our website so that ferries can no longer be booked directly with siblu. In place of direct bookings, we have added a new ‘Ferry Comparison Engine’ which searches the websites of the main ferry companies for you in a couple of clicks, so you can see the widest range of travel options to find the best route for you.
The Ferry Engine can be found by following the ‘Our Offers’ tab on the siblu website, or in the ‘Getting There’ section for each siblu village. The Ferry Engine also appears after you have booked your accommodation with siblu.

Can I book my flights with you?
We are unable to take flight bookings or provide advice on individual flights. Our ‘Getting There’ information does provide an overview of flights that are available from airports throughout the UK, however we recommend you do your own research to find out which flight option will be best for you. A website such as www.skyscanner.net will search of the low-cost airlines for you, or you can check directly with companies such as Easyjet, RyanAir, Flybe, BMI Baby and British Airways.
Can I book car hire with siblu?
No, you will need to do this directly with a car hire firm. There are many available and all have detailed information on hiring a car in France.
Can I book an overnight stop with siblu?
No, we cannot book an overnight stop for you. You can use visit the websites for the following hotel companies for a wide range of overnight stop options. accor.com, novotel.com, mercure.com, ibishotel.com, etaphotel.com, sofitel.com, campanile.fr
What is the driving time from XXX?
There is detailed information about travelling to each siblu village on the website. The ‘Getting There’ tab has details of flights and ferries, and driving distances and times. You can also access a route planner to find specific information about your journey.
