Bayonne Festival – 1-5 August

During this five-day Basque festival around one million people visit the small town of Bayonne, dressed in the traditional attire of white pants, white shirt and red scarf. Visitors join in the street party, watch Bandas concerts and Landaise cow racing, indulge in food specialities and view the bullfights, held during the weekend in Les Arènes.
